Refund Policy

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. We make every effort to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take a photo of the defective item and contact us immediately at support@artyphonecase.com.

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to contact us regarding a refund or replacement of your item. Please include the reason for your return request. Shipping fees including expedited shipping is non-refundable.

To request specific instructions about how to return your order, please email us at: support@artyphonecase.com. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued in your original method of payment. You will receive a credit within the timeframe according to your card issuer’s policies. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If we request that you ship your item back to us we recommend using a traceable method of shipping for your item.

Please note that any items that were part of an order that received a multi item discount will have that discount revoked in the partial return of the order. The unreturned product’s price will be adjusted to its original price and this difference will be settled in the final refund amount.
